Oh my. I knew from the trailer this was going to be bad, but I didn't know it was going to be THIS bad. This is probably the most boring, unintelligible movie I have ever seen. The kids in this movie obviously have no brain. "DER!! Even though aliens are attacking our planet and are going to destroy us all, let's keep it a secret from the parents! After all, they're the only ones who can be taken control of by the aliens!". (Sigh) Oh yeah and that "Genius kid"; he's short a few, you know, SMART THOUGHTS! He says he is failing school because he wants to be cool, just like the other kids. Boy, he's going to be the coolest kid when he's working at McDonald's! Anyway, it's the typical family-friendly movie, lots of efforts to make laughs, but too bad they all fail. Expect to facepalm yourself every five seconds. The characters are cardboard, they're that boring and cliche. Seriously, if you were to punch them, your fist would go through them with pieces of cardboard flying around. So please do yourself a favor and avoid this movie.

I was expecting this to be really really bad. I avoided it at the cinemas because I thought 'dear god not another Ashley Tisdale film' (you can possibly guess I am not a huge fan of High School Musical), so it was almost a shock to find the film more than palatable, it actually had me laughing in a couple of places.

Of course Ashley was still kind of annoying, but her 'brother', played by Carter Jenkins was rather cute and I liked that all the children were related - either siblings or cousins - yet actually got along fairly well. There was nothing particularly profound about this film (I would have liked a couple fewer children and more layers to their characters), it was definitely fun enough to tide me over while babysitting the kids nextdoor.

It wasn't that bad, but it was pretty ridiculous.

Predictable, mediocre, for kids. You may get a laugh here and there, mainly from some guy getting hit in the balls a few times. The truith is though, it is still quite entertaining, on a first viewing at least. Also it is not very memorable, i barley remember any of this movie.

The presentation is quite good, yet Ashley Tisdale loses a lot of possible show-ups and lowered the complicity. Hilarious and impressive, though I agree that it's target group is located between yeens and children, neighter A nor B, quite an awkward position. So, way to go!

This was like a movie that you would expect to watch when you are 7 years old and be obssesed about it. When ha ha....guess what ..for a 17 year old this is a joke. Come on dude ...you gatta do better than that. So the acting was a little weird ,their reactions and personalities, they are all mixed up. I don't know but ...thumb's down.
