A pretty good movie with an all-star cast. The movie is about filmmakers looking for a tribe of shiashamin in the amazon and are side tracked by a hunter setting them up to die by the coils of a huge anaconda. Who will survive? When You Can't Breathe-You Can't Scream.

Oh, so dumb... yet so fascinating. It was not the 90's thriller I was expecting. Instead, Jon Voight plays one of the worst characters I've ever seen on screen, a perenially consipated-faced villain with a relentless hunger for blood and a need for ready-made philosophical sentences, and Jonathan Hyde plays that cliched gentleman that goes on a wild trip and eventually mans up (and was that a

I found the movie entertaining. If not for Jon Voight's character, this movie would be allot worse.

This was just bad. The anaconda was more predictable than scary and it looked incredibly cartoonish most of the time. The only thing I've found scary about this movie was Jon Voight-- the character he played gave me the creeps in a really bad way.

Entertaining, however relies far too heavily on Lopez who fails miserably as the achilles heal of 'Anaconda'. The actual snake itself can at times look realistic, and some of its kills are great to watch. However, when most of the cast die, leaving Ice Cube and Lopez to carry the final segment of the film, it dies a slow and painful death. Watchable for most part.

It contains everything I'd expect from a typical bad monster film. Bad acting, oh yes. Bad dialogue, yes. A rushed story, yes. Outdated effects which were mediocre at the tie, yes. Illogical stunts that question the logic and physical possibility of such events, yes. A portrayal of a deadly animal as a supernatural killer, yes. The film lacks a high amount of entertainment, but it is mildly entertaining so whilst you'll be watching it knowing it's a bad film, you won't be moaning about it being one of the worst films you've ever seen. The film's problem is that it makes out the Anaconda to be the antagonist, but it isn't and whenever it's onscreen, it doesn't satisfy your taste for violence like Jaws does. In fact, Jaws was what the film reminded me of, but instead of at sea a jungle river and instead of a shark, an anaconda.

Anaconda isn't really a suspense film actually,it isn't really anything.

The film isn't scary or disturbing or even suspenseful. It can't really deliver anything. The end is good but the film suffers from poor dialogue and a boring plot.

If your wishing to see something good in Anaconda.sadly,don't.Don't even get your hopes high. It's just a film that can't keep you hooked.5/10
