A classic film with the classic line, ''You feel lucky? Well do ya punk?'' Gritty and engrossing Dirty Harry may get the dirty jobs but he gets them done, just like in this one. The only thing is it is very similar in plot to a 50's film-noir called ''The Sniper'' about a guy shooting woman from a rooftop in San Francisco, I think this may have been copied but its still very good and original cop film.

"You feeling lucky, punk!" This is one of the best action movies of all time, yet is only the second best Clint Eastwood movie(that says alot for the actor.) The action in ths movie is to die for.
P.S. If you liked this mpvie watch The Outlaw Jose Wales/

Dirty Harry is a classic cop film and is one of my favorite films of all time. The acting is very good in this film, especially Clint Eastwood, who gives one of his most iconic performances as Harry Callahan. The story is great to, and is very entertaining to watch. There are many memorable scenes in this film, but my favorite would have to be the scene were Harry stops the bank robbers at the beginning of the film and delivers his memorable line, "I know what you thinkin', did he fire 6 shots are only 5, to tell you the truth Iv'e lost count myself in all this excitement. Seein' this is a 44 magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and could blow your head clean off, you got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky?, Well do ya punk?". One of my favorite scenes in all of the movies, a perfect film!

Classic movie from a legend. Clint Eastwood gives one of his iconic roles here as Harry Callahan the no busllshit taking cop who uses his unorthodox methods to get the job done. Sound like a familiar story? Thats because this movie gave the idea to so many others like it. The big difference is the acting. Clint is just amazing and mesmerizing and his counterpart is great as well. My favorite scene is either the shootout at the restaurant where he asks the famous question "Do you feel lucky punk?" or the whole scene where he beats the shit out of the Serpico killer in the stadium. Another great cop movie that came out in the 70s is Serpico starring Pacino as the cop who deals with a dirty police force. Kind of the opposite as Harry, but another great movie in it's own right.

Don't f*ck with Harry, he hates everyone. But the thing he hates the most, is criminals getting buyouts. So Harry takes things into his own hands. Clint is amazing as harry, a guy who invented the definition for bad-ass. Though Harry's not the most like-able guy, you still end up loving him. If there's one thing Clint Eastwood can do it's make classics, which is exactly what this is.

A thrilling action film that has never lost its appeal as a great film. Its cultural status is well deserved and it was one of the few cop films to ever set a standard in the film business. An all round fantastic movie! 10/10
