I thought that bringing back the cast from the original movie was going to revitalize this franchise, well I was wrong. It was watchable compared to the other sequels but it still lacked the main ingredients that the first one contained. For some reason I can't explain I was very entertained with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker on the same screen again. If you like cars, decent races, Diesel, Walker, and a little less than an average plot than you should watch this movie.

I don't care what everybody says, I love this film.

Pretty good, if you're a fan of the previous 3 then you'll enjoy this. Pretty good race scenes as well as action sequences. Lacks realism, there are many times throughout the movie that the police are hunting down diesel, yet he seems to be able to easily stroll up to his old house and work on his car, very unrealistic.

FAST & FURIOUS is the 4th INSTALLMENT in this RACING FRANCHISE and seemed to REUNITE the cast of the first by bringing back VIN DIESEL and PAUL WALKER after their emotional detachment in the FIRST PART.

The film straight away enters into an EMOTIONAL ROUTE when the girlfriend of VIN DIESEL, Michelle Rodriguez gets killed in a CAR ACCIDENT from where VIN DIESEL starts to search for the KILLER and PAUL WALKER is again called in the POLICE FORCE for a special CAR MISSION to uncover a certain SMUGGLING AGENCY and the film story starts to roll when both VIN and PAUL fight for the same spot in the AGENCY! The film also has some rare SUSPENSE to follow which takes you by surprise!

Once again, the CAR RACING SEQUENCES were and are the main HIGHLIGHTS of the MOVIE. The UNDER TUNNEL RACING SEQUENCES are BREATH TAKING and really shakes you up! The TRUCK RUSH SEQUENCE of VIN DIESEL to kick the film off is too a worth watching scene with a touch of GRAPHICS!

In short, FAST & FURIOUS is no different from it's predecessors and is a fruitful ENTERTAINER especially for the FAST TRACKERS!

pretty cool, most of the time i like racing movies.

i waited years for the original cast to reunite and this is what they give me???? not only should this movie have come out before tokyo drift but they shouldve rethought the story line while they were at it. they spent this long waiting to film it they couldve waited a few more months till they had the perfect script

this was an interesting prequel. I mean tons of action, racing and that was what this movie said it was about from scene 1. It was good to see han in this to help me understand where in the time line all this was. I enjoyed the action and the acting was standard. Vin Diesel did his usual acting level, so nothing new there. The plot along the family lines was well done enough. Overl a decent enough movie with solid writing and action balance to warrent at least a rental with friends or if you like fast action movies, this would be good to watch on your own.

As a fan of the Fast and Furious series, I have to say that I'm surprised how good this film is. They managed to include all the original characters in this film and the plot really really fit with the dialogue. And the actors/actresses play the roles so well that it'd make you think this is so real. I really love the series and especially this movie because the action was great and each time Justin Lin makes a movie, he made sure that it's perfect. BTW I think Paul is like awesome with his acting and stuff, but in this movie, he was just a little off.

Great action and car stunts and chases, the story is average, quite confusing too but this is a great film to watch, and has some great racing too.

A reminder of the sea of bad acting and weak plot we've been exposed to in the past decade. Michelle Rodriguez is one of the worst actresses of the decade, along with Vin Diesel being as entertaining as chugging his namesake.
