34 minute long car chase. What more can I say? This is one of the granddaddies of car chase films, up there with Vanishing Point, Bullitt, and The French Connection. Everything about this film is amateurish and at heart, purely grindhouse. Meant to please adrenaline junkies and speed demons, the film's not about story or some symbolic message, it's about pedal to the metal death-defying, live action automobile carnage. H.B. Halicki, we salute you.
