I liked this movie, I usually don't go for these kinds of films but it was definitely worth the 2 hours it took to watch it. 9/10

Astonishingly objective and essentially true. Unfortunately, some "people" might not find it politically appealing.

I normally love Ridley Scott films but this one was not one of his better pieces of work. Some of the fight scenes were pretty cool but it wasn't much more than that.

This was really cool in parts, but all round it wasn't that great, I mean, it stars four of my favorite actors, Edward Norton, Brendan Gleeson, Liam Neeson, and David Thewlis. There's nothing worse than to see four of your favorite actors die in the same film, however, it was fun to watch Ed Norton beat the shit out of Gleeson.

Not as Epic as Gladiator, it however is much more accurate to the events and history and is one of the few movies, that while being pretty accurate, doesn't put you to sleep.

Honestly, I never liked Orlando Bloom as an actor I thought his portrayal as Legolas was drab, and William Turner was boring. But in his role in Kingdom of Heaven Orlando Bloom was astounding, as was the movie which I consider to be a masterpiece, Next to alien this is, in my opinion, Ridley Scotts best movie, hands down, I compare it to the likes of LOTR and POTC but possibly even more beautiful. Well done.

A rather inaccurate portrait of the crusades dragged even further down by Bloom's acting.

While the consensus is correct that the theatrical version of this film lacks depth, the Director's Cut is just a brilliant, if not more filled with depth, than Ridley Scott's historical epic before it, Gladiator.
