A very low-budget Swingers-type movie, with horrible acting (Puff Daddy!?!). Vince Vaughn gets rather annoying. Storyline all over the place, with no plot. zzzzzzzzzz

The fact that I didn't even wanna watch the whole movie speaks volumes for how uninteresting it is. I suppose it has some scattered laughs, but for the most part it moves exceptionally slow and fills in dull moments with Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn fighting each other. Just don't watch it.

This is pretty much swingers all over again, and they both are lacking comedies.

Was this suppose to be a comedy? There was a scene somewhere in the middle of the movie, where the 'conversation' is filled with f...ks in amount that it wasn't even funny anymore. The ONLY funny scene is where Peter Falk shouts at Vince Vaughn while Jon Favreau is obviously corpsing. That's it.

Don't bother with this rewatch Swingers instead.

Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau have a great rapport together and make a fine team. Funny story, but it does begin to wear thin after awhile. The best scene is with the flight attendant. Well written and directed.

Made
Starring: Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn
Director: Jon Favreau

Two buddies and small-time crooks--one with a heart of gold and concern for just his girlfriend and her little girl (Favreau) and one with mush for brains and a mouth that just won't stop running and an ego that likewise is uncontrollable (Vaughn)--get the chance to prove themselves worthy of a place within a Los Angeles criminal syndicate. All they have to do perform a simple, two-day job in New York. Can a pair of losers who have never done anything right get by in organized crime?

"Made" is a fairly run-of-the-mill mob comedy married with a twisted sort of buddy film--in the same way that "Tommy Boy" was a buddy film. While the film has some nice, sharp dialogue, a decent story, and a nice, non-cliched (and even mildly surprising) ending, it is nearly ruined by the bottomless depths of stupidity shown by the Vaughn character. He is so dumb and so inept that it's painful to watch him make his buddy's life difficult.

It's worth seeing if you crime comedies. It's also worth seeing if you like movies that are focused on a fundamentally decent character--and they don't come much more decent than Favreau's long-suffering wanna-be boxer turned hood. It's also worth seeing for its quirky ending, which makes it worth wincing whenever Vaughn's character openshis mouth.

Made is a funny film with great performances. Both Vince Vaughn and Jon Farveau did a great job in this film. I found this film to be just as good as Swingers was and the comedy was similar as well. Made combines a good amount of action, a good story and great dialouge. Overall, a funny film and worth watching if your a fan of either Farveau or Vaughn.
