This movie was not so much funny as it was clever. I didn't keep watching because I was laughing, but because I was so interested in the film. The whole thing takes place in a dorm. Everything gets twisted around, but fits together. Like one person's problem lets to another and that was a pretty clever way to make this film. You would expect the film just to be down right corny, but it was enjoyable. The cast was decent except for a few who I think didn't need to be in there.

i dont see why this movie got such a low rating. this movie is very funny in a unique way and i just think this movie is that bad.

But it's a "good" suck.

So this is basically you're stereotypical teen/college sort of cheezy "drunk friday" comedy. But considering that's all I really wanted, it worked.

It's basically takes the plot elements of "What's Up Doc?", that is, 4 bags that look alike but all have different contents, and put it in a dorm instead of in a hotel in San Francisco.

There are a bunch of basically stereotypical characters. There's the loud, obnoxious jerk that wants the virgin to lose his virginity to a random hooker instead of the girl he loves, the nerd who made out with a hot girl at the party last night, the black guy with the black girlfriend who's tempted (supposedly) by white women, the two gossips that get everything wrong, etc. Then there is a foreign exchange student, and a hooker, who have the same name and confuse everything.

This is basically a very low-brow comedy of error and mistaken identity. You can probably tell what kind of movie it is. You get what you pay for.

the only reason im rating this is because i think 25% user rating for this movie is too high. this is the worst movie i have ever seen. pros: the girls are hot, especially the girl topanga. cons: everything from the plot to the dialogue and to the f*cking annoying music in the background throughout the whole movie.

Watching this movie makes me want to rip my hair out and then set that ripped out hair on fire. This could easily be the worst movie of all time. It is filled with ridiculous twists and turns of all kinds and makes absolutely no sense. Also, it isnt funny... once. It just angers up the blood and makes me wish I was Helen Keller. That's right: Helen Keller is the only person that could possibly enjoy this movie.

Hey, sup, here are 5 more. and I might even do 5 more today. I wanna get some of these out of the way. So here we go.

ANGEL HEART- I gave this movie a 7. I really liked it. The only problem is that it took waaayy too long to reveal things. But that kind of keeps you hoping. But sometimes it just seemed so boring. But when thing were revealed, it was awesome. Let's just say that this is a movie that had me guessing the whole damn time. I could'nt figure it out. It is just not what you expect.

FLIGHT OF THE PHOENIX- Alright, so this one gets a 6. I liked it, but it is not even close to one of my favorites. It was an interesting and fun movie to watch.

NATIONAL LAMPOON'S DORM DAZE- Now, this one gets a 4. Like I said, these movies are just stupid funny. But this one is much better than Black Ball. So since this one made me laugh more, it gets a 4. Plus it was just irritating how it went back and forth the whole friggin time, and stuff was going on in the movie, but the characters were just like 2 seconds away from figuring it out but never do until the end when everything comes together. It really kind of pissed me off actually.

LONE STAR STATE OF MIND- Cool, this one gets an 8. I really really liked this movie. It is an hillarious comedy. Theres just something extra funny about it. I don't know exactly what it is. My favorite character in the movie is Tinker Johnson. Played by the guy who was in Remember the Titans. I can't think of his name. But, one part of the movie had me laughing till I cried. It was when the sherrif said, "I'm fixin to get to the bottom of this here meatloaf." He starts all serious like he's gonna say something important and then says that. It is friggin hillarious. Only the first time I saw it though. And then he says "Yours truly is fixin to go find that Tinker Johnson; first thing tomorrow morning." That was hillarious too. I mean I laughed so hard that I was crying and couldn't even talk.

WAKING UP IN RENO- So, this one get's a 6. I didn't like it as much as Lonestar State of Mind, but it was still a pretty darned funny movie. Thats about all I got to say about that one.

Well, thats it. I don't think I'm gonna rate anymore today. It's almost time to go home. So I'm not gonna have time. But I will be sure to update next week.

I liked the movie- It was what it was- a funny movie- if you expected something great- you're an idiot.

National Lampoon Dorm Daze is a crazy british style movie where everyone is someone else and there lives get confused due to snooping onto others or misreprensentation of what someone is saying as they are chasing each other thorught a dorm for a number of reason. Some for love others to find a hooker and the rest for 30,000 dollars. I must say this movie is crazy but it does keep your attention and has alot of crazy turns and does flow and make sense. This movie is for someone who likes and apreciates british style comedy because that is what it is. It also has a twist ending which i liked. So i am recommeding that you rent this movie if you fell what i told you is interesting.
