Awful movie, I do not like nicholas ccage

Entertaining, but some might find the tricks it plays to be unfair and tiresome. Also, Biel should have been replaced by a better actress. If you can ignore the plot's ludicrous twists and turns, you will find a slightly above-average movie that isn't terrible. You could certainly do worse.

This movie fails with Nicholas at his worst and a storyline so screwed up I left the theater for the first time in five years to any movie, but i finally saw it again and its worse than I remember.

I was hoping for a good movie. Nicolas Cage is a good actor. This movie wasn't his best work.

A man who can see into the future with the potential to help society, a possible good idea gone wrong in this case. According to the movie, more than half the film didn't even happen.

Nick Cage hooking up with Jennifer Biel? Yeah, right! This movie had some interesting visual effects and a unique premise, but I was so distracted by Nicholas Cage's horrible hair, lack of emotion, and all around lameness that I found it hard to enjoy this film. Horrible miscasting!!! There is nothing believable about him as an action hero, and watching his awkward and overly-exaggerated body contortions while dodging bullets and SUVs was downright painful... I was embarrassed for him.

Finally - and this is the thing that almost made me turn the movie off - in what world would a homely stick in the mud like him EVER win over a hottie like Biel? They were doing the deed within 48 hours of meeting, and their lack of chemistry was truly astounding.

badly written film with poor direction. the film could of been alot more promising but in the end this results in a poor mans sci fi movie. the actors can't overcome this poorly realised film

Decent action-thriller, if you can accept that the lead character (Cage) has a "gift" from birth that enables him to "see" two minutes into his own future. No explanation of how or why Cage has the gift, but he capitalizes on his own fortune in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, when some really bad people manage to smuggle a nuclear bomb in a cargo container into the US for purposes of detonating it in LA (motive not explained), Cage is hounded by the law and the baddies. Also unexplained is that, in the presence of Jessica Biel, Cage's gift is enhanced to several minutes into the future (unexplained).

This is not a movie that requires extensive thought; it's a "pizza and a beer" movie - definitely worth renting and having a few friends over, as long as you like Cage. Solid performances by Julianne Moore as the FBI lead and Jessica Beil as the girlfriend / love interest.

it was a good movie but kinda messed up if u ask me. the thing thats messed up is that when he finds the chick that lets him see the entire future not just 2 minutes. plus he can alter the future just by seeing and acting diffrently if he hadn't acted diffrently maybe (in the movie) been nuked. which kinda sucks for the people who got nuked on the coast. all and all it was a semi good movie with him being able to see into the future and all but everything else kinda sucked about the movie

I did like Moore (sorry) and Biel they had decent ways of presenting themselves but it was Cage where i just laughed at his haircut, pretty hilarious. Cage has a good way of acting but he did not do it in this movie. At all. Iv'e seen better Cage movies and none of them are action movies. This movie was so bad its bad.
