This movie is a little slower than some of Jet Li's other films. The fight scenes are pretty good. As far as character development I'd say fair. The movie is also longer than most martial arts films, which is a good thing. . .more fighting!

An improvement of many others until Unleashed. The movie adopts the Romeo and Juliet theme and it works. Great action and nifty special effects. Aaliyah and Jet Li are good together.

A movie for a raniy day.

This is a good movie. Jet Li stars as the son of a businessman who meets/falls for the daughter of his fathers opposing businessman. There is ample martial arts going on and a good storyline. I can enjoy it every time, but might not be for everyone.

This is a film I loved when I wasn't old enough to watch it, but now, having seen it again I'd say average at best

The action scenes in this movie are good and the romantic scenes with Jet Li and Aaliyah are also good, but this movies lows down a lot when Jet Li is not on screen, it's plot could've been better and a lot of the fight scenes look like they were over-edited. This movie's title is also pretty bad in my opinion, the worst part about this movie in my opinion is the ending music; that music is just plain awful. 3/10

Nothing too fantastic about this movie. Entertaining, but I prefer substance over silly stunts and exaggerated fighting.
