One of the best sequels, as well as original story's of all-time. It could stand alone if needed, but for our lucky selves, there is more to follow, and a past tale to reflect on. I loved it then and love it now. I will love it the day I die.

The first Terminator movie I saw was number 3. I was then lucky enough to be able to see the original. It's been 3 years since then, and I've now just seen the Terminator 2: Judgment Day only three weeks ago.
I sat down and prepared watch a movie I've wanted to see since I saw a review by internet celebrity, James Rolfe, or the Cinemassacre.
As the credits rolled I literally said to myself, "Best... Movie... EVER!".
And that sums up how I feel about T2.

James, you are a god amongst directors that make films about robots taking over the world.

Some of the best action I've ever seen. I love the great combination of car chases with gunfights. It's extremely cool to watch, especially the way the three main characters work together.
I don't think any other movie can make shooting people in the kneecaps this cool... Except perhaps "Die Hard".
This movie has a story that's a pretty cool way to continue the previous one. It works really well as a sequel and ties in to the original as a continuation.

An amazing sequel with some of the first cgi to ever appear in movies, that also looked great even to this day i am still blown away by it!
James Cameron used the cgi only for the T-1000 and sometimes the T-100, he made a good choice not using it alot because the overuse of cgi in movies wrecks the expieriance.
This movie is a prime example of cgi used the right way so that they can also have traditional special effects like the chases and explosions.
Thats what makes a great sequel and movie.
This film basicaly terminated the original!

My 200th rating! Terminator 2: Judgement Day.

What a treat! This is an incredible sequel to 1984's Terminator, glorious action and drama throughout - this is how sci-fi movies should be. I had heard several times that the sequel was better than the original but I wasn't too sure what to believe because that is rarely the case but in this case it was very true, no question about it! The original was good but this was better.

I was glad to see Schwarzenegger as a protagonist this time which helped a lot, also Linda Hamilton's character was a lot more interesting this time as she was a bit disturbed. The kid who played John Connor was outstanding and he worked so well with Arnie.

This made me laugh a few times too, I remember thinking I shouldn't be laughing (at the scene were the guy licked Sarah Connor's face for some reason whilst she was strapped down) and when John Connor tries to get the terminator to smile, that was actually hilarious.

Overall I cannot give T2 less than 100% approval, so there it is, as a big Schwarzenegger fan I was delighted when I saw this for the first time last night. True Lies and Kindergarten Cop are must sees for Schwarzenegger at his best as well.

Thanks for reading my 200th rating review.

James Cameron knows how to make great movies. And this is a sequal. First Aliens( my favorite movie of all time) now this. A really good sequal thats keeps your mind blowing throughout the entire movie. Oh and Robert Patrick was awesome in this movie. Too bad the Terminator franchise went down hill after this movie.
