Eccentric, sweet, odd, original. Those are only a few of the adjectives I could apply to the Fifth Element. Silly and imaginative, the wardrobes are great and the fact that it had Bruce Willis in it didn't have me running. I like this.

Fun and imaginative. The costumes are out of this world. Love the flying cars, the diva and Ruby Rhode. Bruce is such a natural for "save the world" roles. Which other movie out there has achieve the hero killing the villain without ever meeting him? Love it!

Silly and undeniably fun.

I just didn't care for it.

It loses a few points for a cheesy ending that's a bit too inspired by Captain Planet, but overall The Fifth element is quirky and fun with a perfect cast.

Loved the movie from start to finish. The acting was good, the storyline was creative and it was funny at times too. This is also probably Milla Jovovich's best performance. I do miss the old Mila Jovoich, now shes doing all that resident evil crap. 3.25/4 stars

What can I say. It's not deep, it's not meaningful, but it's pure entertainment from start to finish. I'm a Gary Oldman fan and his hammy performance is a joy. Likewise, Chris Tucker as Ruby Rhod is fantastic.

Fifth Element was character driven and for the better. While the writer won't be receiving any Nebula Awards, the Fifth Element was vibrant, well paced, and the most fun you can wish for from a film. While Chris Tucker as Ruby Rhod really made this film for me, every character was well developed and believable. This is what a good sci-fi looks like.

I liked this movie but I wished there was a bit more action in it. While the story is great, and a bit out there, the actors are great and the movie is a must see.

For moments funny, but as a whole is not enought.
