We dont like Fog.Its a burden.Cant see shit out of your windsheild. What am i getting to? Why The Fog of course! What review is without some sort of metaphore....if you call what i just said a metaphore.Well this is,you guessed it,a remake!A remake of a semi-decent movie. Now,unlike The Crazies which was better then the original, this one is like most remakes...terrible.Oh but is there any good? Yes,there is...i like seeing people get fucked-up by Fog...its funny (If you call possessd weather evaperation funny or scary at that).

So what is in this Fog? GHOSTS! SURPRISED??? im not. What did you expect? Satan? Aliens? Rick James? I was expecting Elvis."I need Scissors 61".So this Fog sorta floats and kills people.Kinda like The Mist from the movie "The Mist" based on the Stephen King novel "The Mist".The difference? The movie "The Mist" didn't suck!Well The Fog just floats, the ghosts, which i think are pirate ghosts, kill, and i fell asleep.

Other then the funny deaths, theres no enjoyment at all.Take my advice and go rent/buy the mist..a trillion and 41 times better.Mr.Foggy gets a 1 out of 10 for having funny deaths but other wise just sucking...or should i say blowing by looking at the poster.I wonder if Mr.Foggy can see? These are questings best left un-answered.Heres a question, wheres my pay-check for reviewing these movies.Thats a question best answered!!!!!

I was enjoying the film till the bitch tripped and fell in the water destroying the camera, that is one of the lamest, stupidest most idiotic cop outs I've ever seen. After that I just could not continue watching it

It wasn't scary, and it was mostly a bore. Nothing good about it, nothing absolutely terrible. Just a dull movie.

Pretty scary, it wasn't cheesy nor boring at all, it looked like a good horror movie. I just don't know why the critics don't like it, but I like this movie. It looked pretty intrensting, it's a good mystery, and it's an entertaining epic horror movie.

what do you get when you mix a terrible original film and a remake of that film. garbage. not scary, not suspenseful, not even a joke or two like there always is in horror movies.

The Fog is an extremely underwhelming and boring movie. The film, which is a remake of the 1980 John Carpenter movie of the same name, starts off boring and ends boring. Bad horror movies affect me in different ways. Sometimes I go into a rage and feel angry at myself for watching, other times I feel sad because of missed potential, and sometimes I am just waiting on SOMETHING to happen. Unfortunately, The Fog is one of those movies that contain nothing new, exciting, original, or even remotely scary. The writing is boring. The acting is boring. The entire movie is boring. All of it.

The acting here is mediocre to bad, but Selma Blair is the one highlight of this movie, even though it is by no means her best performance. Sometimes I can even overlook a bit of bad acting if the story is good. That is what kills me about this movie. A mysterious mass of fog containing spirits of the once living rolls into an island town. That is not that bad. However, the plot is just carried out in a way that completely kills any suspense or mystery. All the way through, from the predictable beginning to the even more predictable and stupid conclusion, I pretty much just gazed at the screen emotionless. I cannot stand movies like that. I like it when my emotions come out when I watch movies, but man this one did just not get the job done.

Boring. Boring. Boring.

I had high hopes for this film but they were burned to the ground. I love the original version of The Fog but I was left wanting more from it. I was hoping to see more in this remake but got much less than the original.

The background story behind the "fog" has a good thing going for it but doesn't hold on to it and fails. The "twist" ending to the film didn't make sense what so ever. It'll leave you feeling confused and cheap.

The scares in the film are a joke. There was only one part that surprised me but even then I saw it coming. It only surprised me 'cause I was second guessing myself.

There was only two good things about this movie. The first was the look of the fog. It was very creepy and it went well with a horror movie. The other was actor Tom Welling. Sure his acting wasn't all that but everybody knows him as Clark Kent from Smallville. His role in The Fog is different from who he plays in Smallville and I like when actors play somebody completely differenty from what they usually act as.

I really wanted to like this movie but its extremely hard to like it. The best thing to do is to ever forget that they remade this movie. Do yourself a favor and just stick with the original.

This film pretty much lacked everything a suspense film needs. The scares tried way to hard. The suspense was CRAP.The acting was lame and HORRIBLE,this is the second film i've seen with horrible acting. The dialogue was just HORRIBLE and LAME.The WORST dialogue i have ever witnessed.Everything about this is not worth seeing.Oh i forgot one more thing.WORST REMAKE EVER.0/10
