Stunning, awesome, and original. "Lord of the rings 3" tries AND succeeds at showing that it is the king of the trilogy. The only downside is you have to be really patient watching a 200 minute film.

Great movie. Maybe not for winning 11 oscars, but still very good. Although the first one was the best, this is a great ending for one of the most important trilogies ever.

Was absolutely stunning as were all the films BUT I cannot give it 100% as the ending dragged on far too long. It was unnecessary and I believe to be a mistake, however it can be overlooked enough to realise that this trilogy is one of the most important trilogies, if not the most important trilogy of films ever.

The portrayal of Good vs. Evil in this film is of massive scales and breath-taking. A terrific conclusion to a magnificent trilogy, although it does take about 40 minutes or so to wrap up.
