Watch closely, because the humor here is smarter than it first seems.

48/100. I wasn't expecting anything deep or significant, but way too much of the humor is just too stupid and unfunny. There are a few memorable bits, but as a whole it's a misfire. It's very disjointed and the lack of a consistent continuity is no help either. Weird Al Yankovich can be very funny, it's too bad the material here doesn't display his comic talents more.

This film is yes a weird movie but its staring a man called WEIRD AL YANKOVIC!!This movie is crazy funny,i couldnt stop laughing and tapping my foot to the songs. This movie is able to mix weird humor and gross out scenes all together and can make it work unlike other films ("Freddy Got Fingered").Now i understand why some people wouldnt like this movie is dumb, insane, hiper active and is like that annying kid you just want to shut up.But to me this is a funny none stop laugh riot!SEE IT

I enjoyed this movie overall, but couldn't there be some songs in there. After all, the main actor in this is Weird Al.

I am a huge Weird Al fan and a huge Michael Richards fan, and I was very pleased with this film for what it was. I understand that this was made on a low-budget, but it sure made the most out of what they had. There are some very clever jokes in this film.

This is actually one of the best "low budget-looking" movies I've seen in quite awhile. Weird Al plays a lovable character trying to save an outdated television station, known as "U-62" in Tulsa's TV market, trying to compete with RJ Fletcher's powerhouse Channel 8. With the help of Stanley, Channel 8's ex-janitor turned TV personality at U-62, the station is saved and everyone lives happily ever after. If you can still find this one on VHS on the Clearance Rack at the movie store, pick it up. It does not get the appreciation it deserves.
