Fire Trap or Scale 49 in Quebec ( Ladder 49 ) is an American film directed by Jay Russell , released in 2004

Synopsis

During a rescue, Jack Morrison ( Joaquin Phoenix ), an experienced firefighter, a fall of several meters and is found only in the 12 th floor of a dilapidated warehouse that threatens at any moment to collapse. Trapped by the fire, Jack can only rely on his friend and mentor, Chief Mike Kennedy ( John Travolta ) to rescue him. At the end of his strength, Jack remembers his ten years of career.
