Synopsis
Unhappy about being fired from the chemical plant he was working on, Herman Stover decides to take revenge by poisoning toxic products into the atmosphere. These substances soon catch fire, plunging the entire city into chaos. Dr. Frank Whitman and Risley, the fire chief, organize the rescue and try to stem the advance of the fire.
